The House of the Environment launches Immersive Map Installation
The House of the Environment of the Orly Airport (Aéroport de Paris) has launched a new AB-based installation using a large floor map (6 meters by 4 meters) where visitors can wander and using their smartphone, access a variety of interactive content.
The purpose of the installation is to help the community better understand the complete eco-system of the airport and around the airport. Using a mobile application (named Territ’ORY) , the visitor can select a particular theme out of 5 themes proposed:
- Airport
- Jobs
- Nature and environment
- Visit and heritage
- Quiz
Once a theme is selected, only content pertaining to that theme will appear on the map.
The installation is geared to adults and children.
